Welcome to my lamp I am the Genie of Pokemon! I will fulfill every wish for any pokemon your heart may desire. Here are the Rules of the Lamp. (aka I can get you any pokemon you want under these conditions.)

1. I can't create pokemon that do not exist. (Aka I'm not going to get you hacked pokemon.)
2. My magic won't allow me to strengthen a pokemon to it's maximum potential. (Aka I'm not going to level up a pokemon to level 100 for you. I will level it up to lv 35 at the most, I'm also not ev training anything.)
3. Some pokemon are stronger than the magic of the lamp so I can not summon them for you. (No legendarys)
4. I can not travel through time. (Trades happen on 5th gen games only.)
5. I will not curse a pokemon by blinding them everytime they go into battle. (No shinys)
6. Some moves may only be taught by people with their own magic powers. (No move tutors)
7. Some pokemon you can only dream of...(I have many dream world pokemon but not all and I'm not willing to go hunt them because I don't like the dream world. However feel free to ask as I said I do have many many dream world pokemon)

Of course unlike most genies I need items to power my magic and sometimes even other pokemon. Here is a list of what currently fuels my magic. (Here is what I'll accept for trades)

1. Shards (Red,Blue,Yellow,Green Shards)
2. Choice items (choice band, scarf, and specs)
3. Eviolite
4. Focus Sash
5. Leftovers
6. Salac Berry
7. Something Unexpected (Aka give me your best offer)

In order to make the magic work just speak these ancient words. (Request Form. If there is a part that you do not want such as egg moves skip over that line.)

It will require a great amount of magic to do this...an evolite may not be enough however you could try lowering the years of experience. (aka new rule I'm not leveling anything past level 35. Also keep in mind that when I'm leveling a pokemon up I'm not keeping track of the evs I give it.) When this wish has been granted I will alert you here.

I'm afraid the lamp does not have this kind of power. (There is no way to get a Male Chansey. All Chansey's are female.)

Really? I never knew that. It makes a surprising amount of sense, however.
