Best way to earn BP?

It has occurred to me that I need more items and in order to get these items I need to start to earn a ton of BP (Battle Points). So I was wondering what do you think is the best way to earn some? 5th gen.

I've earned all of mine (100+) by just spamming the PWT by going into type specialists. For example, I'll go into the water type specialists with a team of electric types.

Haven't tried the pwt. How much bp is it worth?

It varies on how well you do. Full on sweep has gotten me up to seven BP at a time. Loosing one pokemon has gotten me 5, and loosing two has gotten me 3.
